- Baltimore standout Freshman Josh Selby is still trying to find his role with the Kansas Jayhawks. He is averaging 12 points per game but missed last game due to a foot injury that has bothered him.
- It’s hasn’t been as easy as Will Barton thought with a team full of Freshman in Memphis. The Tigers have lost 2 of the last 3 to non-ranked competition. Will is doing what he can leading his team in points avg. 13 ppg and 5 rebounds. Antonio is only averaging 8 ppg but has been a solid contribution off the bench.
- The WCAC Hoyas have won six straight led by Austin Freeman and Chris Wright in the Big East. Tonight they face rival Syracuse on ESPN.
- North Carolina Tar Heel and 2010 All-Met guard Kendall Marshall has made a name for himself during his Freshman year. He has taken over the starting PG role and already set the school record for assist recording 16 assist last game against Florida St.

- Virginia Tech senior Jeff Allen had a career game in a lost against Boston College recording 25 points and 19 rebounds in the outing.
